Do the indicators repaint?

How do I get access to the indicators?
Subscribe to a TradeDots membership plan through our official website. Once subscribed, you'll need to provide your TradingView username during checkout or via follow-up instructions. We will then grant access to the indicators for that specific TradingView account.
Is a TradingView account required?
Yes, you must have a TradingView account (free or paid) to use TradeDots indicators. Our indicators run exclusively on the TradingView platform.
How long does it take to get access after purchasing?
We aim to grant access within 1 business day after receiving your subscription payment and TradingView username. During periods of high demand, it might occasionally take slightly longer. You will receive an email confirmation once access is granted.
How do I add the indicators to my TradingView chart?
Once access is granted, open TradingView, go to the "Indicators" tab, and look under the "Invite-only scripts" section. You should find the TradeDots indicators listed there. Click on the indicator names to add them to your chart. (See our "Getting Started" guide for detailed steps).
Does TradeDots work with the TradingView free plan?

Is there a free trial available?

How do I cancel my subscription (including the free trial)?
You can manage or cancel your subscription, including during the free trial period, through the TradeDots self-service portal. You should have received a link to this portal when you first subscribed. If you cannot find it, please contact support.
Can I pause my subscription?
Currently, we do not offer an option to pause subscriptions. If you need to stop using the indicators temporarily, you would need to cancel your subscription and potentially resubscribe later.
What is the refund policy?
Please refer to our Terms of Service on the official website for the detailed refund policy. Generally, due to the nature of digital products and access grants, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and may be limited after access has been provided or a trial period used.
Can I use the indicators on multiple devices or charts?
Your TradeDots subscription grants access to the indicators for one specific TradingView account. You can log into that TradingView account on multiple devices (desktop, web, mobile) and use the indicators on any charts within that account, subject to TradingView's plan limitations on the number of indicators per chart.

Is using TradeDots indicators guaranteed to be profitable?

How should I use TradeDots indicators?

Support & Troubleshooting
I subscribed but don't have access yet. What should I do?
Please allow up to 1 business day for access processing after providing your TradingView username. Check your email (including spam/junk folders) for the confirmation email. If it's been longer than 1 business day or you received confirmation but still can't find the indicators under "Invite-only scripts" on TradingView, please email us at support@tradedots.xyz
with your subscription email and TradingView username.
The indicators are loading slowly or causing issues on TradingView. What can I do?
- Ensure you have a stable internet connection.
- Try refreshing your TradingView browser tab or restarting the desktop app.
- Clear your browser cache or TradingView app cache.
- Reduce the number of indicators active on your chart (especially if on a free TradingView plan).
